Les r\u00e9servoirs sont fabriqu\u00e9s en standard en acier inoxydable 1.4301.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Fonctionnement<\/strong> <\/span><\/em><br \/> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le mat\u00e9riau est charg\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9servoir et transport\u00e9 au travers du bain d&rsquo;eau par le biais de plaques de s\u00e9paration en t\u00f4le et de rouleaux \u00e0 palettes correspondamment mis en place. Ceux-ci s&rsquo;ouvrent p\u00e9riodiquement et \u00e9vacuent ainsi la fraction non flottante.<\/span><br \/> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ces types de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation s&rsquo;utilisent tr\u00e8s souvent si le volume de la fraction non flottante est faible. Si la fraction non flottante est plus importante, l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par des vis ou par des scrapers \u00e0 cha\u00eene.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>R\u00e9servoirs de s\u00e9paration (PET)<\/strong><\/span><\/em><br \/> <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans le cas des r\u00e9servoirs pour l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation de la fraction non flottante, l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation du mat\u00e9riau a lieu, normalement, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une vis surdimensionn\u00e9e. Sur demande, ces r\u00e9servoirs peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;un chauffage et d&rsquo;une isolation ext\u00e9rieure. Sur ce mod\u00e8le hors s\u00e9rie, les flocons PET sont pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9s et humidifi\u00e9s par de la soude caustique et de nettoyants. Ces r\u00e9servoirs sont en acier inoxydable 1.4571.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans pareils cas, on monte une zone de filtration en amont de l&rsquo;\u00e9vacuation de produit.
